About the position

The Acquisition Marketing Manager at Amazon Business is responsible for driving global acquisition campaign strategies aimed at small business customers. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing multi-touch Onsite marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch Onsite campaigns to drive business customer acquisition.
  • Build and monitor reports across active campaigns to ensure proper functioning and address any issues affecting program health.
  • Drive best practices and consistency within the team while collaborating with the Amazon Business central Onsite Marketing Team.
  • Collaborate with local marketing Managers and internal stakeholders to create customer-obsessed experiences for Amazon Business customers.
  • Develop and optimize a rapid experimentation plan to test and refine new approaches for engaging key prospect audiences.
  • Champion bold, creative ideas at both strategic and tactical levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing practices for customer acquisition, including CRM tools, A/B testing methodologies, content creation, and asset building.
  • SQL knowledge for data analysis.
