As the Acquisition & Online Media Manager at TheFork, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand for our innovative restaurant discovery and booking app, primarily focusing on the Italian market while also overseeing efforts in the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your mission is to enhance app downloads, attract new users, and increase bookings through a variety of digital marketing strategies. You will leverage your expertise in performance marketing to optimize our campaigns and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the performance marketing budget, ensuring that it aligns with the strategies proposed by the Central team. You will conduct real-time monitoring of digital campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on platforms such as Google and Bing, as well as paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you utilize tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and our internal analytics tool, Fenix, to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations. Collaboration is key in this position; you will coordinate with various stakeholders, including the Brand team, Offer team, and external agencies, to produce compelling content that drives campaign effectiveness. Regular meetings with the Central team and external agencies will be part of your routine, ensuring that all efforts are aligned and optimized for success.
