About the position

The Acquisition Program Manager SR at ProCleared LLC provides technical advisory support and services to the Motion GEOINT Services' Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, focusing on NSG interoperability with ISR systems. This role involves integration of tactical exploitation with national intelligence, supporting Military Services' Intelligence Systems development, and managing various airborne projects. The position requires a strong background in technical and acquisition experience, particularly in rapid execution of tactical data projects, and involves significant project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support to Motion GEOINT Services' PM and DPM for NSG interoperability with ISR systems.
• Support the integration of tactical exploitation with national intelligence and tactical intelligence.
• Assist in Military Services' Intelligence Systems development efforts.
• Manage rapid execution of Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) tactical data projects.
• Perform daily administrative functions for TIAT, including tasker processing, meeting setup, and weekly activity reports.
• Support DI2E/DCGS governance and exercise/demonstration activities.
• Assist with drafting and presenting MGS program presentations to external organizations and customers.
• Provide engineering and project management support to the government PM/COR of the NGA Airborne Exploitation Capabilities contract.
• Assist in managing multiple airborne projects for program office.
• Monitor contractor software build process and assume NGA Test Director duties for MAAS version deliveries.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI access
• 12 years of total experience, with 8 years of specialized experience
• Demonstrated specialized experience working with tactical sensors and tactical data integration with DoD, NGA or US/Coalition Mission Partners
• Demonstrated specialized experience with NGA or DoD organization acquisition processes and procedures
• Demonstrated specialized experience in program/project management.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated specialized experience related to the execution of NGA's role in strategic and tactical efforts to integrate tactical ISR into the NSG architecture
• Demonstrated specialized experience managing the identification and resolution of issues related to Tactical Data integration activities
• Demonstrated functional knowledge about NGA libraries, data storage, and development and implementation of initiatives to integrate Tactical Data GEOINT capabilities and requirements into the NSG and MGS workflow
• Demonstrated specialized experience in applying system engineering processes, particularly requirements analysis, interface definition, and detailed implementation planning of large complex systems
• Demonstrated specialized experience with program integration, integrated library data architecture, scheduling, requirements and configuration management, risk management, metrics development and analysis, Earned Value Management, verification and validation test activities.
