Responsibilities

• Communicating promptly and professionally with homeowners
• Visiting homes during seller appointments
• Putting homes under contract with sellers
• Knowledge in multiple acquisition methods
• Assessing rehab costs and after-repair-value of the home
• Taking photos and video of the property for underwriting purposes
• Understanding and updating CRM as necessary
• Content creation for social media and SEO

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve results

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in off-market real estate (1 year preferred)
