Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Deal Program Manager to be based in New Brunswick, NJ, with potential remote work options considered on a case-by-case basis. This role is pivotal in managing, coordinating, and completing A&D programs for Johnson & Johnson Technology. The Deal Program Manager will collaborate closely with Regional Program Managers and Deal Leads to plan and execute A&D projects effectively. This position requires the development of strategies, defining scopes, and managing multi-functional interdependencies to ensure successful project execution. The incumbent will be responsible for creating vital program documentation, developing an overall program plan, and leading all aspects of execution while tracking program status and providing updates to senior leadership and partners. The role involves supervising detailed plans for A&D activities across the JJT organization to ensure smooth transitions. The Deal Program Manager will partner with various enterprise IT groups and other business functions, including IT, HR, Finance, and Facilities, to identify and address interdependencies between teams. This collaboration is essential to ensure that workstreams deliver as planned and proactively engage JJT and business partners. The incumbent will also be responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing the program budget, engaging resources, and ensuring that all A&D programs are executed successfully. Strong interdependent partnering and communication skills are crucial for this role, as the Deal Program Manager will need to collaborate with numerous partners both inside and outside of J&J. The position requires the ability to run multiple strategic A&D programs concurrently and provide updates to senior leadership. A deep understanding of Acquisitions and Divestitures, along with strong execution and delivery skills, is necessary for success in this role. The candidate should also possess a problem-solving mindset and be adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
