In this role, you will act as the face of Offr Plus, engaging directly with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers on their properties. Your ability to establish trust and build strong relationships with sellers will be crucial in overcoming objections and securing contracts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals. Additionally, you will diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting, has a strong record of acquiring off-market properties, and possesses extensive knowledge in high-value sales. Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of Offr Plus, engaging directly with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers on their properties.
  • Take ownership of the impact you have on sellers, aiming to create positive outcomes and meaningful improvements in their lives through each interaction.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals.
  • Establish trust and build strong relationships with sellers, leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts.
  • Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible.
  • Master our proven sales process through dedication to continuous learning and adherence to best practices in sales strategies.
  • Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred.
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • 2+ years of B2C selling minimum (if no real estate experience).
