Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition targets within relevant markets that align with Astro Industries' strategic goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to assess target companies' value propositions.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis to determine the feasibility and benefits of potential acquisitions.
• Coordinate and lead due diligence efforts, collaborating with legal, financial, and operational teams.
• Negotiate acquisition terms, including purchase agreements and post-acquisition integration plans.
• Develop strategies to integrate acquired companies into Astro Industries' existing operations to ensure smooth transitions.
• Regularly report on M&A progress, providing insights, risks, and recommendations to the Executive Team.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all stages of the M&A process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with industries related to Astro Industries and its subsidiaries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
