Responsibilities

- Implement the identified plan; coordinate care delivery; employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Evaluate progress towards attainment of outcomes.
- Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Attain knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice.
- Evaluate one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines.
- Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
- Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of practice.
- Integrate evidence-based nursing and research into practice.
- Consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the planning and delivery of nursing care.
- Provide leadership in the professional practice setting and profession.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- 1 year of experience required for ED and MED/SURG.
- 2 years of experience required for ICU and some SICU experience is required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Annual physical examination.
- COVID-19 Vaccination.
