About the position

As an Activities Assistant at The Arbor Company, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful activities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement our 6-dimensional engagement program, which focuses on promoting the overall health and spirit of our residents. This program is designed to provide opportunities for social interaction, physical activity, cognitive stimulation, emotional support, and spiritual engagement, ensuring that each resident can thrive in a supportive environment. You will have the chance to utilize your creativity to develop and lead activities that resonate with our residents, fostering deep connections and a sense of community. In this part-time position, you will work every Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, contributing to a dynamic team that values respect and collaboration. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech, or Project Coordinator.
  • Preferred experience working with seniors.
