The Activities Lead at OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by supporting the Director of Activities & Events in executing engaging programs and events. This position involves collaborating with the Director and clients to design and organize recreational activities, special events, and themed parties that utilize the resort's facilities effectively. The role is centered around creating enjoyable experiences for guests while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Activities & Events in executing programs for resort customers.
• Communicate with staff about special events and programs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
• Boost resort revenue through innovative and cost-effective events.
• Organize special events, themed parties, and recreational activities.

Requirements

• High School diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in activities & entertainment, preferably in resort operations.
• High energy and engaging personality; actively involved with events daily.
• Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness are a plus.
• Deep understanding of local culture, events, and entertainment scenes in Oklahoma City.
