Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic activities for assigned patients as scheduled.
- Assess patient needs and facilitate appropriate activities.
- Ensure activities are suitable for the age and development of patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Music, Dance Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Licensure or certification as required by the relevant accreditation or certification body.
- Three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
- At least one year of experience applying activity therapy methods and techniques.
