About the position

Jaunty.org is seeking talented female actors and models for live online classes aimed at helping individuals improve their conversational skills and overcome social anxiety. This role is 100% remote and is designed for actors aged 20-32 who are looking for a rewarding opportunity to assist others in their personal growth journey. As a conversation partner, you will engage in real-life scenarios with members, helping them practice conversational agility, build confidence, and navigate social interactions. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is conducted via Zoom calls, allowing for one-on-one interactions in breakout rooms. This ongoing opportunity offers flexible scheduling, making it ideal for actors looking to utilize their skills in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Engage in real-life scenarios with members to help them practice conversational skills.
• Assist members in building confidence and overcoming social anxiety during interactions.
• Participate in one-on-one sessions via Zoom calls, ensuring a supportive environment for members.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to members to enhance their conversational agility.

Requirements

• Must be a female actor or model aged 20-32.
• Experience in acting or modeling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals in a supportive manner.
• Comfortable using Zoom for virtual sessions.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in teaching or coaching conversational skills is a plus.
• Familiarity with social anxiety and personal development topics.
