About the position

The Actuarial Analyst 2, Risk and Compliance at Humana plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing actuarial activities related to risk identification and management. This position involves analyzing potential risks, estimating financial consequences, and developing cost-effective strategies to minimize those risks. The analyst will assess and communicate actuarial business risks across the organization, provide peer reviews, and ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage and regulatory practices. The role is integral to supporting Humana's pricing and product development efforts for Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Humana's MA-PD and PDP bid filings by interpreting and implementing CMS guidance.
• Participate in CMS audits and reviews related to Humana's Medicare bids.
• Create and maintain process improvements for bid filings to enhance compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
