The Actuarial Analyst 2, Analytics/Forecasting plays a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting financial and economic data to support strategic and operational decisions within the organization. This position involves establishing metrics, conducting data analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to address business needs. The analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity and developing processes to manage data flow effectively. The role requires independent decision-making and the ability to communicate complex analyses to non-actuarial audiences, contributing to the overall improvement of consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide timely information for decision-making.
• Establish metrics and conduct data analyses to support business intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data integrity by developing and executing processes and controls around data flow.
• Valuate changes to provider networks and conduct member retention studies.
• Collaborate with physician network and market strategy teams for scorecard contributions and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
