About the position

The Actuarial Analyst 2, Analytics/Forecasting plays a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting financial and economic data to support strategic and operational decisions within the organization. This position involves ensuring data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating complex analyses to non-actuarial audiences. The analyst will also be responsible for various tasks such as valuation of provider networks and member retention studies, contributing to the overall improvement of consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data for strategic and operational decisions.
• Establish metrics and provide data analyses to support business intelligence.
• Ensure data integrity by developing and executing processes and controls around data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and troubleshoot problems.
• Explain results of complex analyses to non-actuarial audiences.
• Valuate changes to provider networks and conduct member retention studies.
• Collaborate with physician network and market strategy teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
