Responsibilities

• Practice self-leadership and promote learning in others by soliciting and acting on performance feedback.
• Drive the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs and developing new procedures and policies.
• Lead actuarial documentation and reporting by coordinating the completion of financial reports and tax returns.
• Coordinate analysis of product line financials, pricing, reserve, valuation, cash flow analysis, and product investment strategy.
• Identify needs and implement complex methods to advance actuarial techniques and standards.
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities by developing advanced actuarial methods.
• Translate complex actuarial constructs into actionable recommendations for senior business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years actuarial experience.
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate.
