About The Position
The Actuarial Analyst 2, Pricing at Humana is responsible for setting pricing and forecasting assumptions, modifying existing models, and communicating results with key stakeholders. This role involves providing guidance to Product Development on new product and benefit cost impacts, as well as developing and maintaining pricing tools for standard and custom benefits. The analyst will establish market-level financial metrics to align with segment profitability goals and analyze results to recommend pricing actions.
