About The Position
The Actuarial Analyst 2, Pricing at Humana is responsible for setting pricing and forecasting assumptions, modifying existing models, and communicating results with key stakeholders. This role involves providing guidance to Product Development on new product and benefit cost impacts, developing and maintaining pricing tools, and establishing market-level financial metrics to align with profitability goals. The analyst will analyze market results, recommend pricing actions, and leverage data tools to capture insights, all while working independently and making decisions in alignment with organizational strategies.
