About The Position
The Actuarial Specialist role at Lincoln Financial Group is part of the Actuarial Development Program (ADP), designed to cultivate highly qualified business leaders in the actuarial field. Participants will engage in a series of rotations across various business areas, gaining essential skills in actuarial science, technical management, and leadership. The program supports participants in their journey towards obtaining the Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) certification, providing training, mentorship, and resources to develop well-rounded actuaries.
