About the position

The position involves analyzing business scenarios and product requirements, communicating with international partners and customers, and driving the implementation of new features. The role requires the creation of functional specifications, ensuring backward compatibility of product changes, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the development process. The candidate will also be responsible for acceptance testing, verification of errors, and maintaining product functionality through support requests and bug fixes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios and product requirements.
• Communicate with foreign partners and customers.
• Design new features and create functional specifications.
• Analyze backward compatibility of product changes.
• Negotiate specifications with all stakeholders.
• Drive the entire process of feature implementation.
• Decompose changes in the product and set tasks for developers.
• Coordinate implementation details and possible changes to original requirements.
• Communicate with external providers such as OEM partners and their end customers.
• Interact with automated testing engineers and technical writers within the project.
• Compare functional specifications with actual changes in the product.
• Conduct acceptance testing and verify corrected errors.
• Create test plans and test scenarios to check compliance of product functionality with requirements.
• Process support requests and manually verify fixed bugs.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks, information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics, or Informatics.
• Fluent in English; speaking French is a valuable asset.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and development of functional specifications for new system functionality.
• 3+ years of experience in financial or accounting applications and 3rd party integrations.
• Experience in writing functional specifications in English.
• Experience working with developers and users, manual acceptance testing of new functionality, and writing test scenarios.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to clearly express thoughts and structure large amounts of information.
• Ability to adhere to designated priorities and focus on results.
• Desire to learn new things and improve professional skills.
• Ability to build constructive communication with colleagues and share information.
