About the position

The Acumatica ERP Analyst/Administrator role is designed for an experienced professional to manage and optimize the internal Acumatica ERP system of a family-owned company. This position combines technical and analytical responsibilities, focusing on system administration, user support, training, and continuous improvement of business operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their Acumatica expertise to drive impactful changes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Acumatica Cloud ERP system and related applications in collaboration with the support partner.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure stability and security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, submitting help tickets as needed.
  • Coordinate and implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Implement integration activities between Acumatica and other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain an Acumatica Roadmap with prioritized fixes, enhancements, and report/dashboard requests.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Document detailed business requirements and specifications for enhancements.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new Acumatica ERP modules and features.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create instructional/support materials.
  • Develop inquiries, side panels, dashboards, and forms to meet business requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as a System Administrator and/or Business Analyst, preferably with Acumatica Cloud ERP.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Acumatica Cloud ERP.
  • Proficiency in database management and query development.
  • Utilization of business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
