About the position

Join Aprio's Technology Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Acumatica Solution Architect to join their dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Sales / Solution Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for leading sales activities, solution design, and implementation strategies for Acumatica ERP projects. You will work closely with sales, consulting, and technical teams to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for potential clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Acumatica ERP capabilities.
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather and document customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop strategic sales proposals, including scope, approach, and solution roadmap.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise in Acumatica ERP modules, including finance, distribution, manufacturing, and project management.
  • Work with implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
  • Stay up to date with Acumatica product releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Support the development of sales collateral, whitepapers, and case studies to enhance market positioning.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales, solution architecting, and sales engineering role with Acumatica ERP.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions, including finance, supply chain, business processes, and a keen understanding of construction implementations.
  • Experience leading product demonstrations and engaging with C-level executives.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS business models.
  • Acumatica certifications are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
