tHE ONE: Acupuncture, Aesthetics & Tea Bar is seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist who is passionate about facial acupuncture, skin health, women's wellness, and pain management. The role involves working closely with the Head Acupuncturist, gaining expertise in proprietary protocols, herbal prescriptions, and clinical insights. This position emphasizes client retention, personalized care, and a supportive work environment, making it ideal for someone looking to grow in a dedicated team focused on elevating the standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform acupuncture treatments focusing on facial acupuncture and pain management.
- Educate clients on treatment options and herbal sales.
- Rebook clients and ensure personalized care for each individual.
- Participate in comprehensive training for proprietary protocols and cosmetic acupuncture.
- Maintain professionalism and calmness in a fast-paced, multi-room environment.
Requirements
- Active Texas acupuncture license and NCCAOM certification.
- Clean Needle Technique and proof of malpractice insurance.
- Ability to perform electrical stimulation acupuncture, cupping, and guasha.
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience desired but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Basic knowledge of herbal formulations preferred (training available).
