About the position

The Acute Care - Virtual RN position at Providence is designed for experienced nurses who wish to leverage technology to provide patient care remotely. Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.
• Assist bedside nurses with patient admissions and education.
• Review medications and coordinate care for patients.
• Support discharges and ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize technological tools to provide remote patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.

Nice-to-haves
