About the position

The Acute Orders Application Analyst will support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Epic Acute Orders module within Bellin Health. This role involves collaboration with clinical teams, IT professionals, and stakeholders to ensure effective integration and use of the Epic system in a hospital environment. The analyst will leverage technical expertise in Acute Orders and clinical workflows to provide support and training to end users, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of the Epic Acute Orders module.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and IT professionals to ensure successful integration of Epic Acute Orders.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users on the Epic system.
• Analyze data and make recommendations for computerized application processes.
• Assist in improving workflow and optimizing business processes within the hospital setting.
• Ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations regarding informatics solutions.

Requirements

• Epic Certification in Acute Orders and Rehab preferred.
• Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of clinical workflows.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of additional Epic modules.
