The Kidcam Camp Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the summer camp program, ensuring a fun and safe environment for both staff and campers. This role includes organizing events, leading staff, and managing recruitment and training efforts prior to the camp's start, as well as handling end-of-summer records.

Requirements
- Experience in camp management or a similar role.
