About the position

The AD Digital Products role at Cambia is focused on developing and managing a portfolio of digital products aimed at enhancing business and member outcomes in the healthcare sector. This position emphasizes innovation and excellence through agile product development, strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to improving the health journeys of members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital product management and a passion for making a positive impact in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy that aligns with business and member outcomes.
• Oversee a product portfolio for member, producer, and employer products, ensuring high quality and performance across all products.
• Apply expertise in agile methodologies to drive innovation, reduce time-to-market, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with UX, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Business leaders, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital product initiatives.
• Monitor current and emerging consumer habits to deliver value to members, producers, employers, and providers.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital product initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendor partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal value delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record of leading digital product teams.
• Experience with data products analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with digital product platforms and tools, including CMS, e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience with mobile app development, including native app development (iOS and Android) and cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital product environment.
