About the position

The Ad Operations Specialist at PatientPoint is responsible for the execution of advertising campaigns across various product lines and content management systems. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and on time, contributing to improved health outcomes for patients nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of advertising campaigns across multiple content management platforms.
  • Communicate with internal Client Success Managers to ensure successful campaign deployment.
  • Review and understand contract obligations related to advertising campaigns.
  • Attend weekly status meetings to stay updated on new campaigns or changes to existing ones.
  • Prioritize daily work based on evolving deadlines to meet ad deployment schedules.
  • Plan proactively to ensure compliance with out-of-market dates and changes in campaign delivery.
  • Perform quality checks on campaign setups for self and team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure adherence to processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations or Ad Scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with BroadSign or similar Content Management Systems
  • Experience with advertising agencies or pharmaceutical marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or JIRA
