This centralized position is responsible for coordinating order entry for advertising schedules across the country, ensuring that workflows for orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner. As part of the advertising sales division of Charter, Spectrum Reach offers custom solutions for advertisers through national cable networks, internet advertising, mobile marketing, and events, all backed by marketing research and award-winning creative services teams. The Traffic Specialist will communicate traffic functions and capabilities to both internal and external customers, monitor schedules, and work closely with Account Executives to recover any lost revenue. It is essential that all orders are entered completely, correctly, and on time. The role also involves tracking client tapes using the traffic system and maintaining files on all paperwork and electronic orders. Additionally, the Traffic Specialist will assist Account Executives, Sales Management, and technical staff in diagnosing problems with schedule delivery and ensuring that the proper copy is applied to all orders.
