About the position

Audacy is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of our online advertising programs. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter looking to gain experience in the digital advertising space with a premium publisher. You will work across multiple departments and local markets to implement and optimize digital advertising initiatives, making contributions to Audacy's marketing strategy and owning the realization of revenue as driven by the sales team. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of advertising campaigns and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with Sales, Pod Ops, and show contacts to review and approve potential advertisers. You will accurately report responses and track data in our systems, organize and compile category opt-ins, and coordinate and facilitate advertiser onboarding calls. Additionally, you will assist in product delivery logistics for show hosts, ensuring that all aspects of the advertising process are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team and ensuring that advertising initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy of Audacy.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high tolerance for stress and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ad operations or sales support is a plus.
