About the position

The AdTech Account Executive at United Airlines is a pivotal role within the newly launched travel media network, Kinective Media℠. This position focuses on leveraging digital media expertise to create and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns that connect travelers with brands. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers in the advertising community, driving sales opportunities, and exceeding sales targets through a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively uncover new business opportunities and build relationships with key agency and client decision makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process with minimal oversight.
  • Exceed independent sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and implement omnichannel media planning and measurement solutions.
  • Use a creative and consultative selling approach to provide relevant insights and craft solutions for clients.
  • Build and manage effective account growth plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and client decision makers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with responsiveness and commitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of outside digital media/ad tech sales experience and client-facing partner management.
  • Experience building new customer relationships and working with agency leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing a cross-channel, multi-million dollar advertising business.
  • Deep understanding of ad industry challenges and measurement solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the ad industry and programmatic landscape, particularly in omnichannel media planning.
  • Creative storytelling ability using data to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on go-to-market opportunities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Martech and advertising business marketing.
  • Familiarity with identity-based marketing solutions.
