We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing mobile services, which include ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, connector/wire repair, programming, and relearns. This role requires walking service locations to identify and communicate necessary ADAS calibrations and other services to customers. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for sending service documentation to the billing department and assisting team members with challenging tasks. Maintaining a daily or weekly production quota and completing miscellaneous duties assigned by the dispatching team are also key aspects of this position. To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a strong automotive background, particularly in servicing and diagnosing various automotive systems. A solid understanding of ADAS and electrical services is essential, along with exceptional communication skills. The candidate should be a continuous learner, eager to develop new skills and expand their knowledge for maximum career progression. The ability to remain productive in a busy automotive shop environment, along with a passion for the industry, is crucial for representing the ATE brand positively.
