About the position

Ron Perrin Water Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Diver/Tender for water utilities, specifically for inspecting and cleaning potable water tanks. This full-time position requires surface-supplied air diving certification and offers competitive pay based on experience. The role involves significant out-of-town travel, typically 3-4 nights per week, and requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean potable water tanks and towers.
• Perform diving operations using surface-supplied air equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Complete necessary training and certifications as required.
• Maintain accurate records of diving activities and inspections.
• Travel to various job sites for inspections and cleaning operations.

Requirements

• ACDI or Advanced SCUBA certification or military diver training with experience.
• Current SCUBA, CPR certification, and a recent diving physical.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Graduate of an ADCI-accredited commercial diving school or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Nice-to-haves
