About the position

The Sage Group's client, a leading personal ride and food delivery service, is seeking two Instructional Designers for a full-time contract position lasting over 5 months. This role is remote and requires candidates to be fluent in both Spanish and English. The Instructional Designers will be responsible for program managing global scale systems and product roll-outs while customizing training at a regional level. This involves close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to address their needs and resolve requests effectively. The successful candidates will work alongside business leaders and subject matter experts to create effective and relevant course content. They will develop training materials across various modalities, ensuring that the content is clear, concise, and engaging. The role requires the ability to engage audiences both virtually and in person on a variety of skill development topics, including sales, systems, products, and soft-skill development. The Instructional Designers will also need to find creative ways to produce scalable content for teams, leveraging superior organizational skills to iterate on processes for greater effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves simplifying complex issues and developing project plans to support the sales team. Candidates should be prepared to work closely with other instructional designers and trainers to develop and update training curriculum. The position demands a proactive approach, as the team operates in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage global scale systems and product roll-outs, customizing at a regional level.
  • Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to address their needs and resolve requests.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to build effective and relevant course content.
  • Develop training content across multiple modalities that is clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build and execute training plans.
  • Engage audiences both virtually and in person on various skill development topics, including sales, systems, products, and soft-skill development.
  • Find creative ways to produce content that scales for teams.
  • Leverage superior organizational skills to iterate on processes for effectiveness and scalability.
  • Simplify complex issues and develop project plans to support the sales team.
  • Work closely with instructional designers and trainers to develop and update training curriculum.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales training and enablement experience.
  • Previous Account Management experience is a major plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within tight timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with readiness for autonomy in building new initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, managing input while driving the development timeline forward.
  • Experience or knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to translate data from feedback into improvements for both content and process.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in adult learning, training, design thinking, and/or instructional design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Passion and resilience, with a comfort in working in changing environments.
