About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the Data Center and Migrations marketing team, focusing on implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the adoption of cloud products for both SMB and enterprise customers. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively present work to leadership and stakeholders while collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams. The role involves leading marketing programs across various cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout all milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Set comprehensive GTM strategies that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement.
  • Apply a strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement to craft high-touch and low-touch enablement programs.
  • Create high-quality assets for use by demand generation, sales, and partners, including blogs, webinars, website content, and community posts.
  • Participate in content sparring sessions and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Distill complex processes and information into clear written communications.
  • Drive projects to completion while maintaining a high-quality standard.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans across various owned channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics.
  • Strong writing skills for creating compelling content for diverse influencers and executive decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a focus on data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and translate customer needs into effective messaging and content.
  • Experience in delivering impactful campaigns that drive market attention.
  • Proficiency in making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance.
