About The Position
This job is a part time, non-benefited, FLSA exempt position in the General Education Division that reports to the Program Director of English. The position involves preparing and delivering lectures, engaging activities, and lesson plans for classroom instruction for general composition and/or literature courses. The instructor will evaluate students' progress using essays, assignments, discussions, and other activities, providing thorough feedback in a timely manner. The role also includes maintaining an updated gradebook and required documentation, demonstrating commitment to work, and accepting feedback from supervisors.
