About The Position
Roane State Community College is requesting applications for qualified candidates for an adjunct faculty position in our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program. Successful candidates will teach a combination of online GIS courses including Intro to GIS, Computer Cartography, Geographic Database Technology, GPS and Digital Imagery, Internet Mapping Applications, GIS Network and Demographic Applications, GIS Project Management, and a directed research project. Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume and an unofficial copy of relevant transcripts. Successful applicants must be current state of Tennessee resident. The position(s) are expected to begin in August 2024.
