About the position
Part-time Mine Management Instructors committed to community college students and their success to teach courses at the Logan and/or Williamson Campus location and may teach online.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Mine Management at the Logan and/or Williamson Campus and online.
- Develop and teach courses online.
- Utilize office production software for instructional purposes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Management, Mining Engineering and Mineral Resources, Safety Management, or related field required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of five years of practical industry experience in management, engineering, and/or safety, with a combination of underground and surface experience.
- A minimum of two years of teaching/training experience preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills using office production software.
- Knowledge and experience with online instructional delivery software preferred.
