Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering courses utilizing effective methods to meet all course outcomes.
• Demonstrating an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in interactions with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
• Supporting, promoting, and developing student enrollment and retention initiatives.
• Keeping regular posted office hours convenient for students.
• Participating in academic functions such as reporting student participation data and submitting final grades on time.
• Teaching off-campus or in an online environment as required.
• Performing any other duties assigned within the position classification area.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in relevant fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and a Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with three years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and a Master's degree in any field with six years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with eight years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing and subject matter expertise in a relevant area.
