About the position

The Adjunct Instructor for Logistics & Supply Chain Management at Dyersburg State Community College is responsible for teaching courses in the discipline across various locations, including Dyersburg, Covington, and Paris. The role involves preparing course materials, evaluating student learning, and maintaining class records while ensuring timely submission of reports. The instructor will utilize the course management system (eLearn) and attend required meetings, contributing to the academic success of students in both in-person and online formats.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at various locations.
• Prepare course materials and resources for students.
• Evaluate student learning and maintain accurate class records.
• Submit required reports, including attendance and final grades, on time.
• Communicate curriculum and personnel needs to the assigned coordinator or dean.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least 18 graduate semester hours in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and college personnel.
