About the position
The Technical Assistant position involves assisting with skills instruction within health science programs. The role includes administrative duties as assigned by the Program Director and is performed under the direct supervision of the Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Assist with skills training and lab duties as assigned by the Program Director.
- Perform administrative duties as directed by the Program Director.
Requirements
- Graduate of a two-part, structured program in phlebotomy consisting of didactic & laboratory, and clinical training.
- Current phlebotomy certification recognized by NAACLS.
- A minimum of 100 hours of clinical experience in the field.
Nice-to-haves
- Graduate of a formal, two-part phlebotomy program.
- Graduate of an accredited program in phlebotomy.
