About the position
The English Language Institute seeks a part-time Adjunct Teacher/ESL to teach English as a Second Language remotely or in-person at several Westchester County locations on various schedules. Candidates will provide English language instruction to a culturally diverse adult student body and will use a communicative, student-centered approach to increase students' English language skills.
Requirements
- MA TESOL or applied linguistics degree
- Minimum of one-year of adult ESL/EFL teaching experience
- Commitment to excellent teaching and to the goals of a community college
