The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at Columbia Shelving and Mirror involves providing essential support to the office staff, focusing on customer service and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Provide the first-in-line customer service experience for all incoming calls

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required
  • 1-3 years of prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience in the construction industry or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice-to-haves

  • Some college and accounting classes are preferred, but not required
  • One year of previous bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
