About the position

The Administrative Assistant with Tech Skills will provide essential support to a busy home office, focusing on administrative tasks and technology management. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong technical skills, particularly with Apple devices and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of tech devices, including iPhones and Mac laptops.
  • Troubleshoot and reset phones and laptops as needed.
  • Utilize Outlook, Calendars, OneDrive, Excel and various applications to facilitate communication and project management.
  • Handle incoming communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Support various online purchases from Facebook Marketplace and assist purchasing antiques or paintings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or strong tech skills despite lack of experience in Administration.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Mac operating systems and applications.
  • Experience with iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy home office setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
