About the position

FX Cabinets Warehouse is seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin Manager Assistant to support the Admin Manager with daily administrative tasks and contribute to local product development, e-commerce, and marketing initiatives. The role requires proficiency in AI tools/software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Admin Manager in organizing and executing daily administrative operations efficiently.
• Stay updated on AI tools and software to enhance productivity and workflow, and share knowledge or provide training to team members for effective implementation.
• Execute strategies on existing social media platforms and develop a presence on new platforms like WeChat, TikTok, and YouTube, creating engaging content to drive audience growth and interaction.
• Collaborate on local product development, optimize marketing and e-commerce campaigns, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
• Publish company materials, organize team-building and industry events, and support engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in using AI tools/software for content creation and management.
• Proven experience in product development or marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
