  • Handle financial documents for vendors, including bank registration and invoice verification.
  • Verify, approve, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
  • Generate and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as an Admin/Office Assistant (Required).
  • Fluency in Chinese (Required).
