About the position

The Admin/Office Assistant position at PureOne Services involves providing clerical and administrative support to office professionals and technicians. The role is flexible, allowing for part-time or full-time hours, with a minimum requirement of 16 hours per week. The assistant will be responsible for organizing documents, onboarding new hires, managing appointments, and handling various office-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and facilitating customer appointments
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Timekeeping for payroll
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the manager
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Confirming leads and dispatching services
  • Receiving, processing, and applying check and credit card deposits
  • Creating service work orders for service calls
  • Preparing and emailing invoices to customers
  • Performing other related responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
  • Experience in onboarding new hires
  • Ability to manage timekeeping for payroll
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating with management
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ability to create service work orders and invoices

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the commercial cleaning or property services industry
