About the position
The Growth and Integration Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across Novant Health Enterprises and Novant Health Medical Group. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as the Project Coordinator will work closely with Integration project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope. The position emphasizes the importance of effective communication and relationship management, along with a solid understanding of system and departmental capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across Novant Health Enterprises and Novant Health Medical Group.
- Work closely with Integration project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Foster teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement.
- Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
- Drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of project experience required.
- Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives.
- Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
