About the position

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Admin Sales Associate to join our team at Modern Miami Furniture Outlet, located at 3600 North 29th Avenue, Hollywood, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $25, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and interior design, although we are open to candidates with other sales experience. Excellent communication skills and a desire to help customers find the perfect pieces for their homes are essential for this role. The Admin Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting the outlet through social media platforms such as OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace, as well as providing daily reports on all outlet fiscal and digital activities. As an Admin Sales Associate, you will greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs. You will maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Additionally, you will help with inventory management and restocking of products, collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
