About the position

The Credit Card Processing Admin Support role at U-Haul is designed to assist the credit card team with payment research, customer communication, and various administrative tasks. This position emphasizes teamwork, growth opportunities, and hands-on training within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails regarding customer issues and transaction details related to rental contracts.
• Research and confirm charges/refunds from multiple departments and reprocess as necessary.
• Efficiently manage time and handle high volume environments.
• Gather information needed for charges/refunds that need to be processed throughout the day.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work Saturdays as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat, self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
